Embodied Practice
A relationship with the body.
Exploring movement, breath, and rest as different expressions of the same practice.
Every Practice Begins Somewhere.
We rarely begin from the same place. For some, it is physical discomfort. For others, restless sleep, emotional struggle, curiosity, or a deeper search for meaning. Wherever practice begins, it gradually reveals that body, breath, awareness, and the way we experience life are not separate, but different expressions of the same relationships.
Rather than treating one part in isolation, my work explores how each doorway reflects the whole. As understanding deepens in one area, it naturally begins to illuminate the others. Practice is therefore less about moving from one method to another, and more about recognising the connections that have always been present.
Finding Your Path.
There is no single way to begin. Some people arrive through physical discomfort, some through deeper questions about life, and others through a need for rest. Each doorway begins in a different place, yet gradually reveals the same principles.

In Movement
For those
beginning with the body.
Therapeutic movement, breath and postural awareness support the body as a doorway to understanding balance, resilience and everyday wellbeing.
In Breath
For those
exploring life through inquiry.
One-to-one conversations drawing upon Buddhist philosophy, dream yoga and contemplative practice to help make sense of life's experiences with greater clarity.
In Rest
For those
seeking restoration.
Practices such as Yoga Nidra, breathwork and sound bath relaxation support the nervous system, sleep and the cultivation of inner stillness.
Every Session Begins with Listening
No two people arrive with the same story. Some come with physical discomfort, others with emotional challenges, disturbed sleep, or a quiet feeling that something in life is asking for deeper attention. Rather than beginning with a fixed method, every session begins by listening—to your experience, your questions, and what your experience is already revealing
From there, the practice unfolds naturally. It may include therapeutic movement, breathwork, meditation, contemplative dialogue, or simply creating the space to observe more clearly. My role is not to lead you towards a predetermined outcome, but to help you discover the most appropriate doorway for your own practice, trusting that every genuine beginning has the potential to reveal the whole.
Practising
Together
Practice does not begin with having the right answers, but with a willingness to explore. Whether you are seeking support for physical wellbeing, navigating a period of change, or simply feeling curious about a different way of understanding yourself, our first conversation is an opportunity to discover where your practice might begin.
If this approach resonates with you, I would be pleased to meet you and explore the next step together.
